Removed Pointer EL T Model 4000-10, SIN: 409222, mounting bracket, whip antenna, 5 amp circuit breaker, remote control
switch and wiring harness. Installed blanking plug in original overhead circuit breaker location.
Installed IA W Pointer Avionics Skyhunter 406 AF/HF Installation Manual, Rev 25, dated August 8, 2013
Installed new Pointer Avionics Skyhunter 406 Mhz ELT Kit, Model SKYH:XXE:HF:X:02S/N:406116
Installed new Skyhunter 406 mounting bracket in original EL T mounting location.
Installed new A V-200 121.5/406 Mhz EL T whip antenna in existing antenna location.
Utilized existing coaxial cable routed from EL T to antenna.
Installed new remote control switch in existing center console location.
Installed new Skyhunter wiring harness. Routed harness from ELT bracket inside left side door post, through co-pilot's seat pan to
center console. Followed existing wiring bundles, and secured harness using tie wraps and existing clamps. Harness was routed to
ensure clearance from flight controls and moving components.
Skyhunter EL T programmed, registered, and operationally checked OK.
