Polycom VVX 500 series - How do I cancel the transfer if the recipient doesnt want to or cant take a call?

Answer a Call > Multiple
By default* you see a full on screen display for an incoming call when you are on an active call. The full onscreen display lasts about 5 seconds.
Tap Answer
Other calls are automatically placed on hold

After approximately 5 seconds, the
display will change to the Calls view
The incoming call will have a ringing
phone icon by it and be dark blue
Tap the incoming call.
It will turn bright blue.
Tap Answer
