PLOUGH-TRAILING IMPLEMENTS
Detaching:
1. Disconnect hydraulic line
2. Detach draw spring (Z)
3. Remove bearing pin (B)
4. Remove extension arm (A)
Fitting to “PLUS” ploughs
A control chain (S) is to be fitted on PLUS ploughs
The latching position of the extension arm (A) is set with
this control chain, depending on the chain length.
Procedure:
1. Fit chain holder (H) and control chain (S)
2. Fit chain adjuster (L) to extension arm
3. Set plough to the narrowest working width
4. Hook control chain (S) onto chain adjuster (L) and
secure with pins (chain length according to latching
position)
Take note!
Fitting the control
chain (S) must
only take place
at the narrowest
working width
otherwise
damage will occur
to the plough and
Packer arm if the
cutting width or
frame inswing is
changed.
