Choosing a Language
The equipment can display user prompts, text, and user entries in
several different languages. When the equipment is shipped from
the factory, the default language is English.
Note:
To choose a language:
Programming prompts are not affected by language
selection. The prompts in this section continue to appear in
English.
1. At the SELECT LANGUAGE prompt,
2. Press OK again to accept the displayed setting and move to the
next feature.

Selecting a U.S. Standard or Metric
Display
The equipment can display measurements in either Metric or U.S.
Standard. The default factory setting is U.S. Standard.
To change the display measurement:
1. At the SELECT UNITS
Use the navigational arrow keys to select a unit of measure (

CAUTION: If you change the Unit of Measure display on a
treadmill, be sure to check the speed setting to verify that it is
correct.
