7. Rotate the incline motor yoke on the incline motor drive screw until the measurement
between the top of the incline nut and the end of the incline motor drive screw is 9-1/2
inches. See Diagram 5.4. While rotating the incline motor yoke, do not allow the incline
motor drive screw to rotate. If the incline motor drive screw rotates, the A/D number will
change. The A/D number must be 127 and the physical measurement must be 9-1/2 inches
for the calibration to be correct.
8. Lift the ramp off of the frame and slide the incline motor yoke into the ramp. Do not rotate
the incline motor yoke any more than is absolutely necessary to align the incline motor yoke
with the ramp.
9. Fasten the incline motor yoke in the ramp with the hardware removed in step 3.
10. Replace the lower front portion of the front cover with the hardware removed in step 1.
11. Replace the lift cover per Procedure 7.2.
12. Operate the incline through its entire range to ensure proper operation.
