Issue What to Do
Users can select the
iPod device for
viewing, but no video
from the device
appears on the screen
(PEP-equipped models
only)
• Check that the connection between the
iPod device and the PVS is secure. If a
protective cover is installed on the
device, remove the cover and
reconnect the device.
Note: You must remove the back cover
of the console cap to perform the
following tasks.
• Check both ends of the RCA
audio/video cable. Make sure they are
connected properly and securely.
• Check to make sure that the iPod
interface cable is securely connected,
properly grounded, and not worn or
damaged.
