please contact Probewell Lab Inc.’s technical services.
SOCKET DOES NOT
START AT POWER
ON
The socket is not
powering on and cannot
connect to its web
server.
• Check if the fan inside the
socket is running.
• Make sure the Form Selector
is set according to the meter
base being used.
• Verify that the meter base’s
voltage is between 100 and
480 VAC.
• The meter base must be able
to provide at least 150 VA.
• Do not plug the tester into a
test board.
METER UNDER

The meter is not
powering on after the
form was selected.
• Make sure the selected form
matches the one indicated on
the meter nameplate.
• Turn the MT-1/WT1 off and
on again.
• Check the meter’s insertion.
• The meter could be defective.
Try another meter.
NO PULSE FOUND
(SOLID-STATE
METERS)
On the web interface,
you only see “Check
meter parameters” and
it does not proceed to
the “TESTS” page
• Make sure the sensor is
positioned over the meter’s
IR pulse emitter.
• Some meters need to be set
in test mode to emit a proper
pulse for testing. See the
meter’s user manual.
