- 1 - INTRODUCTION
1.1 DESCRIPTION
UNICO is a BEAM moving head equipped with Philips Platinum 5R 189W lamp and designed to combine
eciency and performance in one single xture, representing a true standard for every kind of events.The
Platinum lamp with integrated short-arch and the the HQ glass lens allow this projector to be extremely
bright and to produce a high-concentrated parallel light beam, halo-free, sharp as a laser eect. UNICO
introduces new levels of creative freedom in generation of fast-moving beam eects in the air, oering 14
colors, 18 gobos, rotating 8f circular prism, prism zoom, focus, frost and shutter for a limitless generation
of middle-air eects. Extreme speed and precision of movements is guaranteed by the peculiar design of
its chassis and by usage of 3-step motors, allowing UNICO to be as fast as the moving mirror of scanners
in its movements. UNICO is extremely compact and lightweight (only 19kg and 47cm high), can be used
everywhere on staging or on the ground for touring, TV shows, theatre, exhibition, conference hall.
