      If the batteries of your PROLiNK UPS are not charging: * Check if the battery cable is firmly connected and the battery connection is correct. Any connection error, loose or open connection will cause a circuit to open. * Verify that the proper battery voltage is detected on the battery connector of the UPS. * Ensure that the battery breaker is closed. * If the battery is bad, replace it. Also, ensure that you are only using the factory-supplied temperature probe reading approximately 15,000 OHMS @ 25°C (77°F), if the temperature probe is connected.
