10. If battery voltage is not present, use a
Multimeter and measure for continuity across the
fusible links connected to positive (+) terminal of
each battery (fi g. 4.3.2). Normal resistance is
less than 1 ohm. If open, replace the defective
battery harness. Retest as necessary.

R-net Troubleshooting Procedures
9. Verify that battery voltage is present at
each connector leading to the batteries (fi g. 4.3.1).
(Each battery should be approximately 12 volts.)
