Assemble lower guide rails, base frame, and cross braces.
Sequentially tighten all guide rail and cross brace bolts.
Mount the gear reducer on the mounting base at the top of the guide rail assembly.
Assemble counterweight side channels and install counterweight plates.
Slide the guide frame into place and insert lower nuts and bolts.
Install the carriage walls and ceiling, leaving bolts loose.
Adjust brake adjustment bolts for proper safety engagement and release.
Adjust the slack cable switch to activate when safeties engage.
Install doors and jambs flush with the shaftway interior.
Shows cam configurations for narrow, standard, and wide bi-fold door shafts.
