4.12 Modulation signal requirements
The modulation frequency range of the RFL-C6600S laser is 1-5000Hz, and the minimum
pulse width of the laser must be greater than or equal to 160us. Reference value of laser
frequency and duty cycle setting is shown in Table 16.

4.13 Steps of shutting down
Please turn off the laser in the order below:
a) Turn off the emission;
b) Turn the key switch to the "OFF" position and release ―START‖ button;
c) Turn off the chiller;
d) Disconnect the air switch;
e) Cover the output head protection cap;
