selectingthismenuitemwilldisableShared
Brightness.
3.Select Group.
4.Selectthegroupthatyouwanttoassigntheradioto.
AdjustingtheBrightnesssettingwillnowchangethe
brightnessofallproductsassignedtothatgroup.
5.8Initialstartup
Unlessyourradiohasbeenpre-programmed;thefirst
timeyoupower-upyourradioyouwillberequestedto
selectcertainoptions.WiththeexceptionofyourMMSI
andATISID,youwillalsoberequestedtoenterthese
optionsafterafactoryreset.
Afteracknowledgingthestartupscreen,unless
previouslysetyouwillbepromptedtomakethe
followingselections:
1.LanguageselectionSee5.10Selectinga
languageforavailablelanguages.
2.TurnonAISreception(Ray70andRay91only)
Enablesthebuilt-inAISreceiver.Thisstepisonly
applicabletoradioswithabuilt-inAISreceiver.

transmitAISandDSCinformationon,toconnected
