.WhilstonlytheFistmicispictured,youcan
alsomounttheHandsetusingthesameHookplate
(mountingclip).
Beforemountingtheunit,ensurethatyouhave:
•Selectedasuitablelocation,ensuringthereisnothing
behindthemountingsurfacethatmaybedamaged
whendrilling.
•Identifiedthecableconnectionsandroutethatthe
cableswilltake.
1.ChecktheselectedlocationfortheHookplate ,
aclearflatareaisrequired,withsufficientspace
aroundittoplaceandremovetheFistmic/Handset
andcoiledcable.
2.Usingapencil,offeruptheHookplatetothedesired
locationandmarkthelocationofthescrewholes
onthemountingsurface.
3.Drillthemountingholesusingasuitablesizedrillbit.
4.HoldtheHookplateinplaceandsecureusingthe
screwsprovided.
5.HooktheFistmic/HandsetovertheHookplateand
gentlypushdownuntilitclicksintoposition.
Important:
•TheFistmiccanonlybehook edandunhooked
fromtheHookplatewhenheldvertically.
•Drillbit,tapsizeandtighteningtorqueis
dependentonthethicknessandtypeofmaterial
theunitistobemountedon.
Handset(wired)mountingusingthe
holster
FollowthestepsbelowtomounttheWiredhandset
(alsoknownasthewR
aymic).
Beforemounting,ensurethatyourselectedlocation
meetsthelocationrequirementsfoundinthisdocument.
1.Checktheselectedlocationforthemountingholster,
aclearflatareaisrequired,withsufficientspace
aroundittoplaceandremovetheHandset.
2.Usingapencil,offeruptheholstertothedesired
locationandmarkthelocationofthescrewholes
onthemountingsurface.
3.Drillthemountingholesusingasuitablesizedrillbit.
4.Holdtheholsterinplaceandsecureusingthe
screwsprovided.
5.PlacetheHandsetintotheholsteruntilitclicksinto
position.
Pass-throughpanelkitmounting
Wheninstallinghandsets,thepass-throughpanelkit
shouldbeusedtosecurethecable’sconnectortothe
panelthecablehastopassthrough.
