programmedwithauniqueATISnumber;thiscanbe
obtainedfromtherelevantlicensingauthority.The
ATISnumberisattachedasadigitalsignalattheend
ofeachtransmissionandidentifiesyoutotherelevant
authoritieswhomonitorthesystem.
WhenoperatinginATISmode,someoftheproducts
featuresarenotavailable:
•UseofDSCfunctionsisnotpermittedinATISregions.
•WatchmodesarenotpermittedinATISregions.
•ChannelscanningisnotpermittedinATISregions.
•ATISregulationsrestrictthetransmitpowerto1watt
forthefollowingchannels:6,8,10,11,12,13,14,71,
72,74and77.
Y oucanenableordisableATISusingthemenus(except
onMarcom-Cconfiguredunits).
Marcom-Cmode
Marcom-Cmodeisarestrictedradioconfiguration
forVHFoperatorswithaMarcom-Clicense.Thisis
applicabletoradiosoperatedexclusivelyinEuropean
inlandwaterwaysusingtheATISsystem.
AMarcom-CVHFradiohastheATISpermanently
enabled.Y ouwillnotbeabletodisableATISoperation.
