5.2 Setting up the Internet connection
Two methods can be used to create a connection to the Internet. For the Reflex Control Remote to be able to communicate,
the http port and the https port must be open.

Connection via LAN
Reflex Control Remote connections.

Proceed as follows:
1. Open the housing and disconnect the power supply to the Reflex Control Remote
2. Guide the LAN cable through the cable penetration and connect it to the LAN interface.
o If both LEDs flash at the LAN port, the Reflex Control Remote can connect to the Internet.
3. If the system must also be controlled for monitoring, the corresponding setting must be activated in the
service menu.
o Service menu -> Configuration -> Write Profibus data: YES
Note!
In the default configuration, the device is set to a fixed IP address. See section 6
