AI Analogue inputs
CORRIGO has analogue inputs AI for connecting temperature sensors. PT1000 type
temperature sensors must be used. The function of some of the inputs varies
depending on the choice of model and configuration.
AI-inputs must always use the signal neutral of the AI terminal block as reference.
(terminals 24, 27, 30 or 33).
AI1 Outdoor temperature sensor. Must always be installed.
AI2 HS1 Outgoing water temperature. The temperature at the sensor is controlled
by the controlvalve HS1-CV1 so that the calculated setpoint is held. The set-
point depends on the set control curve and the outdoor temperature. The sensor
should be placed so that it senses the outgoing-water temperature in the
radiator circuit after the controlvalve.
AI3 HS1 Room temperature or HWC
A room temperature sensor should be placed at a location with a representative
temperature. The temperature signal is used to give a room temperature
dependant displacement of the radiator-water setpoint.
The K-factor governing the ratio between room temperature offset and water
temperature displacement is set in the menu ”Settings”.
A HWC (Hot water circulation) sensor is not used in any control-function but
only for data acquisition.
AI4 HS1 return temperature or HP1 (Heating, primary)
The sensor reading is not used in any control-function but only for data
acquisition.
AI5 HW Outgoing temperature or HP1 return
The temperature at the sensor is controlled by the controlvalve HW-CV1 so that
the setpoint is held.
A HP1 return sensor is not used in any control-function but only for data
acquisition.
AI6 THW outgoing temperature
The temperature at the sensor is controlled by the controlvalve THW-CV1 so
that the setpoint is held.
AI7 HS2 Outgoing temperature.The temperature at the sensor is controlled by the
controlvalve HS1-CV1 so that the calculated setpoint is held. The setpoint
depends on the set control curve and the outdoor temperature. The sensor
should be placed so that it senses the outgoing-water temperature in the
radiator circuit after the controlvalve.
AI8 HS2 room temperature or VS2 return
A room temperature sensor should be placed at a location with a representative
temperature. The temperature signal is used to give a room temperature
dependant displacement of the radiator-water setpoint.

A HS2 return sensor is not used in any control-function but only for data
acquisition.
