- Refitting
Perform the removal steps in reverse order.
Check front axle geometry and adjust if necessary.
Note:
The wishbone mounting bolts on the subframe should be tightened when
the vehicle is completely static.
Tightening torques:
Point E nut: 105Nm.
Wishbone point A bolt: 80Nm.
Wishbone point B bolt: 80Nm.
Wishbone ball joints
In case of replacement, the new part
must be fitted in the same position: the
shoulder area of the A casing must rest
on the wishbone machined surface (1).
In case of replacement, the new part must
be fitted in the same position: the shoulder
area of the B casing must rest on the
wishbone machined surface in order to
permit the fitting of the snap ring (1).
