Turbocharger oil pipe: Removal - Refitting

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Remove the turbocharger oil return pipe bolt (5) from
the cylinder block.
a Remove:
-the turbocharger oil return pipe bolts (6) from the
turbocharger,
-the turbocharger oil return pipe.
REFITTING THE TURBOCHARGER OIL
RETURN PIPE
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Always replace:
- the turbocharger oil return pipe seal on the cylinder
block,
- the turbocharger oil return pipe seal on the turbo-
charger.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the turbocharger oil return pipe, fitted with new
seals.
a Tighten to torque:
- the turbocharger oil return pipe bolts on the tur-
bocharger (11 N.m),
- the turbocharger oil return pipe bolt on the cy-
linder block (44 N.m).
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit the bracket for the exhaust gases duct at the
outlet of the turbocharger.
a Torque tighten the bolts of the bracket for the ex-
haust gases duct at the outlet of the turbochar-
ger (44 N.m).
a Refit the engine undertray.
