TURBOCHARGING
Intercooler air inlet pipe: Removal - Refitting

a Remove:
-the bolt (3) from the turbocharger air outlet pipe,
-the turbocharger air outlet pipe,
-the seals from the turbocharger air outlet pipe.
REFITTING THE TURBOCHARGER AIR
OUTLET PIPE
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a Always replace the seals for the turbocharger air
outlet pipe.
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
-new turbocharger air outlet pipe seals in the turbo-
charger air outlet pipe,
-the turbocharger outlet air pipe.
a Fit the clips onto the turbocharger air outlet pipe.
a Clip the turbocharger air outlet pipe onto:
-the air pipe at the intercooler inlet,
-the turbocharger.
a Refit the turbocharger air outlet pipe bolt.
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit the engine cover.

a Remove:
- the engine cover,
- the turbocharger air outlet pipe,
- the front wheels (see Wheel: Removal - Refitting)
(35A, Wheels and tyres),
- the front section of the front wheel arch liners (see
Front wheel arch liner: Removal - Refitting)
(55A, Exterior protection),
- the engine undertray bolts,
- the engine undertray,
- the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
Refitting) (55A, Exterior protection),
- the right-hand headlight (see Front headlight: Re-
moval - Refitting) (80B, Headlights),
- the front right-hand bumper support (see Front
bumper support: Removal - Refitting) (42A,
Front upper structure).
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Pull the intercooler clip (1) from the intercooler air in-
let pipe.
