Exhaust gas recirculation assembly: Removal - Refitting

a Fit the tools (Ms. 583) on the exhaust gas cooler ho-
ses (3) .
a Separate the clips (4) on the exhaust gas cooler ho-
ses using the tool (Mot. 1448).
a Disconnect the hoses from the exhaust gas cooler.
a Remove:
-the bolts (5) from the exhaust gas recirculation as-
sembly,
- the exhaust gas recirculation assembly.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the exhaust gas recirculation assembly.
a Torque tighten the exhaust gas recirculation as-
sembly bolts (25 N.m).
a Connect the exhaust gas cooler hoses.
a Fit the clips on the exhaust gas cooler hoses using
the tool (Mot. 1448).
