REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the exhaust fuel injector cooler.
a Torque tighten the nuts of the exhaust fuel injec-
tor cooler (35 N.m).
a Connect the hoses to the exhaust fuel injector coo-
ler.
a Fit the clips on the hoses of the exhaust fuel injector
cooler using the tool (Mot. 1448).
II - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit:
-the exhaust fuel injector (see 19B, Exhaust, Ex-
haust fuel injector: Removal - Refitting, page
19B-54) ,
-the intercooler air inlet pipe (see 12B, Turbochar-
ging, Intercooler air inlet pipe: Removal - Refit-
ting, page 12B-41) ,
-the battery tray (see Battery tray: Removal - Re-
fitting) (80A, Battery),
-the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refitting)
(80A, Battery),
-the scoop under the scuttle panel grille (see Scoop
under scuttle panel grille: Removal - Refitting)
(56A, Exterior equipment),
-the scuttle panel grille (see Scuttle panel grille:
Removal - Refitting) (56A, Exterior equipment),
-the windscreen wiper arms (see Windscreen wi-

-the engine undertray,
-the engine cover.
a Bleed the cooling system (see 19A, Cooling, Coo-
ling circuit: Draining - Refilling, page 19A-17) .
