Turn the key (SN) anticlockwise as far as it will go.
The lock is opened, and the cover can be opened.
The lock must be set to “lock” again in order to restart the machine.
6.8 Inserting the Grinding Jar

Wear or damage of the device
Operation without grinding set
During operation of the device without grinding set, excessive wear or
damage to the device may occur.
Operate the device only with a grinding set mounted.
6.8.1 Grinding jars

A Retsch grinding set with volumes of 100 / 800 / 1000 and 2000 ml and standard steel /
hardened steel / stainless steel / tungsten carbide / silicon nitride and zirconium oxide materials
can be used in the RS 300
Adapter rings are needed for the volumes 100 / 800 and 1000 ml.
