Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Solution
Revitive is plugged in
but there is no power
or lights.
Power adaptor not switched
on at the electrical socket or
not plugged into the device
properly.
Check electrical socket power
is switched on and the power
adaptor is plugged into Revitive
correctly. If still not working –
contact your authorised dealer.
Flat battery. Plug device into an electrical socket
and charge battery or run using
mains power option.
My phone will not
pair with Revitive
I have put my Revitive into
pairing mode and the Bluetooth
symbol flashes, but the phone
will not pair with Revitive.
Please go to the phones Settings
and check the Bluetooth
connections and select “Forget” or
“Unpair” any Revitive connections.
Switch Revitive on and insert a
pin or unfolded paper clip into the
Reset hole on its side until “00”
appears in its display.
Next select the Controller screen in
the app and follow the instructions
for pairing that should appear.
I have successfully
paired my phone
with Revitive, but the
app controller is not
working. Revitive is
not responding.
Bluetooth is not enabled on your
phone.
First, enter the Controller screen
in the app and switch Revitive on.
Next, press and hold the power
button on the Revitive so that
the Bluetooth symbol is flashing
and follow the pairing process
described on page 21.
Revitive’s battery is flat. Connect Revitive to the supplied
power adaptor and plug into an
electrical socket.
Revitive is not listed in the
mobile paired devices list.
Enable Bluetooth on your phone
and follow the pairing instructions
on page 21 if not already paired.
The phone is connected to a
dierent Revitive instead of the
target Revitive. In this case, the
app is responsive but the target
Revitive is not.
Check that the phone’s Bluetooth is
enabled. If so, follow the Bluetooth
pairing procedure described on
page 21.
