Removing Jammed Staples
If “Add Staples” appears on the display, or the printer does not staple even after
instructed, jammed staples might be the cause.
SR960 (2 Tray Finisher)
A Open the front cover of the 2 tray finisher.
The stapler is positioned in the location as shown.
B Remove the cartridge by pulling the green knob in the direction of the
arrow.
