H Select a group to which you want to add the name to.
The group key that you have selected becomes highlighted, and the name is
added to it.
I Press [OK].
Adding a Group to Another Group
This section describes how to add a group to another group.
A Press [System Settings].
B Press [Administrator Tools].
C Press [TNext].
D Press [Address Book: Program / Change / Delete Group].
E Check that [Program / Change] is selected.
F Select the group that you want to put into another group.
Press the group key, or enter the registered number using the number keys.
If you press , you can search by the registered name, user code, fax number,
folder name, e-mail address, or IP-Fax destination.
G Press [Add to Group].
