Specifying Access Privileges When Storing Files
This section explains how to specify the access privileges and then store a file in the Document Server under
the scanner or fax function.
The scanner screen is used to illustrate the procedure.
1. Press [Store File].
2. Press [Access Privileges].
3. Press [New Program].
4. Select the users or groups you want to assign permission to.
You can select more than one user.
By pressing [All Users], you can select all the users.
