Software problem
1. Check if the RAM, DIMM and SD card in slot 1 are
properly connected.
2. Reinstall the controller system firmware.
3. Replace the controller.
If a problem always occurs in a specific condition (for example. printer driver setting, image file), the
problem may be caused by a software error. In this case, the following data and information needs
to be sent back to your product specialist:
