The GF-1 Flash Unit (Optional)
An optional GF-1 ash unit can be connected to the hot
shoe.

Close the ash cover (page 2).

Attach the ash.
Turn the camera and the
GF-1 o and attach the
GF-1 to the hot shoe.

Turn the ash and camera on.

Press the DIRECT button.

Select the optional ash mode item.
Move the cursor using
+, –, Fn1, Fn2 or the ADJ.
lever (left and right) to
highlight the item.

Select a ash mode.
Rotate the up-down dial to select a ash mode.
Note
• The optional ash mode item is not displayed when the GF-1 is
turned o.
• Turn the GF-1 o to shoot without the ash.
• If the optional ash mode item is not displayed, turn the GF-1
and camera o and then remove and reattach ash.
