Energy Saving Functions
If this machine remains idle for a specified period of time or when [Energy Save] ( ) is
pressed, it enters Sleep mode to further reduce its electrical consumption. This is called
"Sleep Mode".
• The default delay time the machine waits before entering Sleep mode is one minute.
• The machine can print jobs from computers and receive faxes while in Sleep mode.
• The time it takes to recover from the energy saving functions and low power
consumption in Sleep Mode may differ depending on the machine.
