3. Adjusting printer
In RICOH Pro C9200 series, a feature to adjust print image quality manually is installed. In
addition, features to prevent uneven gross and improve vertical and horizontal lines are also
installed so that a user can maintain the machine on a daily basis.
Adjust image density of printer
[Adjust Image Density] performs print density adjustment (process control) manually. By exe-
cuting this feature when image density is unstable, the print density is adjusted properly. The
machine executes print density adjustment automatically depending on standing time or the
number of printed sheets. When executing calibration, image density is adjusted automatically.
(1) Press the [Adjustment Settings for Operators] button on the operation panel of the ma-
chine.
(2) Press [02 Machine: Image Quality].
(3) Press [0201 Execute Image Quality Adjustment], and then press [Execute] next to [02:
Adjust Image Density].
