Threshold Setting
This section explains the Threshold Setting tab Menu.
Presets
The threshold presets for defect monitoring appear. There are factory-set presets and custom presets
configured by the user.
Factory-Set Presets
There are five levels: 1 to 5.
The search criteria becomes stricter in ascending order from Level 1 to Level 5. The normal level is [Level
4].
Level 1 is a preset for paper thicknesses 1 and 2, which represent thin paper. These settings are for
preventing erroneously monitoring the printing on the back of thin paper.
Add
Use to create a new threshold preset (custom preset).
[Detection Level Settings] is a simple setting to specify the degree of defect monitoring from 5 levels. The
monitored defects are as follows.
Size of speck/white hole
Specify the detectable size of the dots (displayed as "size of speck") / white spots ("white hole") in
the range Level 1 to Level 5.
M0B1IC0026
Density of speck/white hole
Specify the detectable density of the dots (displayed as "white hole") / white spots ("size of speck")
in the range Level 1 to Level 5.
