A Open Front Cover/StdTray to remove misfeed.
Open the front cover and remove jammed paper. Then open the front cover and then close it again, so the
error message disappears.
Remove paper from the standard tray and then reload paper. Then open the front cover and then close it
again, so the error message disappears.

B Open Dup. Unit/PprExit to remove misfeed.
Remove and re-install the duplex unit. Open the paper exit cover and remove jammed paper.

Open the rear and paper exit cover and remove jammed paper.

Y Open the Optional Tray 1 to remove misfeed.

cover.

Option RAM Error
The printer cannot detect the optional SDRAM module. It may be incorrectly installed.
Check if it is installed properly.
