Remote Control via LAN
1. Connect the Instrument
Connect the multimeter to you local network using network cable.
2. Configure LAN Parameters
Select LAN interface and configure its parameters according to “Interface
Configurations” in chapter 2.
3. Search LAN Device
Turn on the Ultra Sigma and click
. Click “Search” in the pop-up
window and the software searches for the instrument resources currently
connected to the LAN and the resources found are displayed at the right of the
window. Select the desired resource name and click “OK” to add it as shown in
the figure below.
4. View LAN Device
The searched instruments are shown under the “RIGOL Online Resource”
directory, as shown in the figure below.
