Test and Output
You can set the output form of the test results by the following method.
Press Stat.Disp to select ā€œONā€ or ā€œOFFā€. When ā€œONā€ is selected, the test results will
be displayed at the upper right corner of the screen as shown in the figure below.
Press Stat.Reset to clear the current data and perform statistics on the test results
again.
Press StopOnFail to select ā€œONā€ or ā€œOFFā€.
 ON: when failed waveforms are detected, the oscilloscope will stop the test and
enter the ā€œSTOPā€ state. At this point, if Stat.Disp is turned on, the last statistic
results will be displayed on the screen; if Aux Out is turned on, a pulse is output
from the [Trigger Out] connector at the rear panel.
 OFF: the oscilloscope will continue with the test even though failed waveforms
are detected. The test results on the screen will update continuously. If Aux
Out is turned on, a pulse will be output from the [Trigger Out] connector at
the rear panel each time a failed waveform is detected.
Press Output to select ā€œ ā€ or ā€œ ā€.


state of the sound).
Press AuxOut to quickly turn ā€œONā€ or ā€œOFFā€ the output of test results from the
[Trigger Out] connector at the rear panel. When failed waveforms are detected, a
positive pulse is output from the [Trigger Out] connector at the rear panel; when
failed waveforms are not detected, the instrument will output low level continuously.
To Save the Test Mask
Users can save the current test mask to the internal Flash memory or external USB
storage device. The file format of the test mask file is ā€œ*.pfā€.
Press Save to enter the file store interface. Please refer to the relative descriptions in
ā€œ
Store and Recallā€ to save the test mask file to the internal or external memory.
