1-6 MSO1000Z/DS1000Z User’s Guide
Connect the logic probe:
1. Connect the single-wire terminal of the logic probe to the digital channel
interface at the front panel of MSO1000Z in the correct direction.
2. Connect the signal under test to the other terminal of the logic probe. MSO1000Z
is provided with the RPL1116 logic probe which provides two connecting
methods with the signal under test to fulfill the requirements of different
application environment. For the details, please refer to the
