10:2120 [AdptTune Status] status bits and their descriptions are given in Table 14.
Adaptive tuning status bits let you create custom logic, trap errors, debug, or manually react to changes. This custom logic is useful for
condition monitoring, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance purposes.
Table 15
describes when output parameters get reset to their default values.
10:2184 [Trq NF3 Dpth Act]
Torque Notch Filter 3
Depth Active
Displays the active depth of the third torque notch filter.
The user-entered value 10:2183 [Trq NF3 Depth] is applied when the adaptive tuning Tracking Notch
function is not active.
Adaptive tuning sets this value to 0 when the adaptive tuning Tracking Notch function is active. See
10:2110 [AdptTune Config] for adaptive tuning modes.
10:2186 [Trq NF3 Gain Act]
Torque Notch Filter 3
Gain Active
Displays the active gain of the third torque notch filter.
The user-entered value 10:2185 [Trq NF3 Gain] is applied when the adaptive tuning Tracking Notch function
is not active.
Adaptive tuning sets this value to 1 when the adaptive tuning Tracking Notch function is active. See

10:2190 [Trq NF4 Freq Act]
Torque Notch Filter 4
Frequency Active
Displays the active center frequency of the fourth torque notch filter.
The user-entered value 10:2189 [Trq NF4 Freq] is applied when the adaptive tuning Tracking Notch function
is not active.
The adaptive tuning estimated value 10:2123 [Trq NF Freq Est] is applied when the adaptive tuning
Tracking Notch function is active. See 10: 2110 [AdptTune Config] for adaptive tuning modes
10:2192 [Trq NF4 Wdth Act]
Torque Notch Filter 4
Width Active
Displays the active width of the fourth torque notch filter.
The user-entered value 10:2191 [Trq NF4 Width] is applied when the adaptive tuning Tracking Notch
function is not active.
Adaptive tuning sets this value between the minimum and maximum widths proportional to the frequency
estimate in relation to the high and low frequency limits when the adaptive tuning Tracking Notch function
is active. See 10:2110 [AdptTune Config] for adaptive tuning modes.
10:2194 [Trq NF4 Dpth Act]
Torque Notch Filter 4
Depth Active
Displays the active depth of the fourth torque notch filter.
The user-entered value 10:2193 [Trq NF4 Depth] is applied when the adaptive tuning Tracking Notch
function is not active.
Adaptive tuning sets this value to 0 when the adaptive tuning Tracking Notch function is active. See 10:2110
[AdptTune Config] for adaptive tuning modes.
10:2196 [Trq NF4 Gain Act]
Torque Notch Filter 4
Gain Active
Displays the active gain of the fourth torque notch filter.
The user-entered value 10:2195 [Trq NF4 Gain] is applied when the adaptive tuning Tracking Notch function
is not active.
Adaptive tuning sets this value to 1 when the adaptive tuning Tracking Notch function is active. See

tuning threshold.
Otherwise, this bit is clear. This bit is also cleared when the drive transitions to the Running state.
Torque Notch Filter Tune Unsuccessful
Status

This bit is set when the tracking notch filters do not compensate all of the identified resonances.
Otherwise, this bit is clear. This bit is also cleared when the drive transitions to the Running state or when adaptive
tuning transitions from Disabled mode to one of the Tracking Notch modes while in the Running state.
Torque Notch Filter Multiple
Frequencies Status

This bit is set when multiple resonances are identified between the low and high frequency limits with magnitudes
above the tuning threshold.
Otherwise, this bit is clear. This bit is also cleared when the drive transitions to the Running state.
Torque Notch Filter Frequency Below

This bit is set when resonances are identified below the low frequency limit with magnitudes above the tuning
threshold.
Otherwise, this bit is clear. This bit is also cleared when the drive transitions to the Running state.
Torque Notch Filter Frequency Above

This bit is set when resonances are identified above the high frequency limit with magnitudes above the tuning
threshold.
Otherwise, this bit is clear. This bit is also cleared when the drive transitions to the Running state.
Adaptive Tune Gain Stabilization Status 5
This bit is set when the gain scaling factor is not equal to one, which indicates that adaptive tuning is controlling the
low pass filter and adjusting servo loop gains to stabilize the system.
Otherwise, this bit is clear. This bit is also cleared when the drive transitions to the Running state.
Adaptive Tuning Gain Optimization
Timer Expired

This bit is set when gain optimization is disabled after the timer has expired.
Otherwise, this bit is clear. After this bit is set, 10:2110 [AdptTune Config] automatically switches from Gn Opt
to Gn Stab.
