[20 UPPER MIDI CH = 1]
[21 UPPROGRAM CHANGE — OFF]
[30 LOWER MIDI CH = 1]
[31 LOPROGRAM CHANGE — OFF]
In this setting, Patch Memories of the JX-10 are changed by the
Program Change messages transmitted from the external MIDI
Keyboard.
