Note: If "CLERK SYSTEM INACTIVE" in the clerk system programming was selected, the cash
register operates without entering the Clerk # and its 3 digit security #. Under this mode, the
display shows "1" as the Clerk # and prints "1" as the Clerk # on receipts, journals and reports
All sales will be added together into Clerk # 1 and the Clerk Report covers only sales for Clerk
# 1.
