MASTER DIE MISALIGNMENT TROUBLESHOOTING
7. Complete initial testing and then grease the main dies
and cone.
8. If the Die Springs or the Dowel Pins are too badly
damaged to the extent the master dies cannot be
aligned correctly the machine will need to go to an
authorised repairer for an overhaul. Specialised
tooling is required for this procedure.
