6.4. FILTERS MAINTENANCE
• In order to remove the lters, open lter cover by pulling the strap and take out the lters. Use Coarse 65% lters or optionally the ePM1 70%
lter for outdoor air ltration and the Coarse 65% lter for the exhaust air ltration.
• Dirty lters increase air resistance, this decreases the airow into the rooms.

After changing the lters, please reset the lters timer. The instruction on reloading is provided in the particular unit’s control
environment’s documentation.
Operation of the unit without lters is not allowed.
Change the lters every 3-4 months or according to the notication on the control device.
6.5. HEAT EXCHANGER MAINTENANCE
• Proceed to maintenance and repair after any rotation in the fan stopped.
• Clean the heat exchanger once per year.
• Prior to any maintenance, carefully remove the heat exchanger cassette. Submerge it in a bath and wash with warm soapy water (do not use
soda). Then ush it under a small jet of hot water (too fast jet of water may cause folding of the plates). Install the heat exchanger back only
when it is completely dry.
