7.7 Setting other parameters
The following table lists all the parameter codes and their default settings. Proceed as de-
scribed previously to change parameters.

7.8 Initialization
During initialization the positioner adapts itself optimally to the friction conditions and the
signal pressure required by the control valve.
Risk of injury due to the actuator stem extending or retracting.
Do not touch or block the actuator stem.
The process is disturbed by the movement of the actuator stem.
Do not initialize the positioner while the process is running and only after isolating the plant
by closing the shut-off valves.
