Troubleshooting

● Troubleshooting method :
(2) Check if the T2 roller is installed properly. Re-install or replace the T2 roller.
(3) Enter the EDC mode. Execute ‘T2 Engage/Disengage’ test to check if T2 Cam is operated properly.
(4) If the problem persists, replace the fuser unit.
① Open the SIDE COVER.
② Remove the Guide.
③ Remove the T2 roller.
④ Check the T2 Roller contact point.
