● Troubleshooting method :
(4) If the white band has occurred for specific color, check if the OPC surface or ITB surface is scratched.
(5) If the problem persists, replace the imaging unit.

① Check it there is a contaminant
between Scattering pole and OPC.
② Check it there is a contaminant between IT
surface and OPC top cover.
