3.13 SET ALARM/APPOINTMENT REMINDER WITH MESSAGE

Station users can set their own alarm/appointment reminders. However, the system
administrator can also set alarms with messages for any or all display keyset stations in
the system. Up to two alarms can be set for each station and each alarm can be set as
follows:
ALARM TYPE
0 NOTSET
1 TODAY
2 DAILY
PROGRAM KEYS
UP & DOWN Select option
HOLD Press to clear data.
KEYPAD Used to enter data.
Open customer programming and follow the instructions below.
