1)Visitwww.samsung.com/bluraysupport
2)DownloadthelatestUSBsoftwareupgradeziparchivetoyourcomputer.
3)Unziptheziparchivetoyourcomputer.Y oushouldhaveasinglefolderwiththesamenameastheziple.
4)CopythefoldertoaUSBashdrive.
5)Makesurethedisctrayisempty,andtheninserttheUSBashdriveintotheUSBportoftheproduct.
6)Intheproduct’smenu,gotoSettings>Support>SoftwareUpgrade.
7)SelectByUSB.
NOTE
ThedisctraymustbeemptywhenyouupgradethesoftwareusingtheUSBHostjack.
Whenthesoftwareupgradeisdone,checkthesoftwaredetailsinthesoftwareUpgrademenu.
Donotturnofftheproductduringthesoftwareupgrade.Itmaycausetheproducttomalfunction.
SoftwareupgradesusingtheUSBHostjackmustbeperformedwithaUSBmemoryashstickonly.
