The camera doesn’t switch on
Ɣ There is low battery capacity
¬ Insert a fully charged battery (p.12).
Ɣ Battery is inserted incorrectly with the polarities reversed.
¬ Insert the battery according to the polarity marks (+, -).
Ɣ The battery is not inserted
¬ Insert the battery and turn on the camera.
Warning indicator
The camera power ceases while in use

Battery power quickly drains
Ɣ The Camera is being used in low temperatures

only remove it in order to take images.

¬ Delete unnecessary image files.
¬ Insert new memory card
Ɣ The memory card has not been formatted
¬ Format the memory card (p.74).
