Executive/Secretary Messages
You can create messages that are commonly exchanged between the
executive and secretary phones so they are available to quickly select
when required. There are no preset messages in the system.
Create and Send Messages
1. In standby mode, press the [Screen] button until
the Fixed Feature Menu screen is displayed.
2.
Press the [Selection] button for the
[EXE/SECR MSG] menu.
3.
Press the [Selection] button for the
extension number of the recipient.
z This screen is not displayed if there
is only one executive or secretary
phone.
z Up to four recipients may be
selected.
