Calling Through the Speakerphone
Press the [Speaker] button and dial the extension number without lifting the
handset.
Listen to the speaker for the called party to answer, and
speak through the microphone.
(You can switch from the speakerphone to the handset by lifting the handset
during the call, if required.)
Press the [Speaker] button to hang up the call on the
speakerphone when finished.
Busy Station Callback
Q Setting a Callback
When you call another station and receive a busy signal, you can set a
callback on that station. When it becomes free, it will automatically ring you
back.
1. Press the [Selection] button for
[CALLBACK] displayed on the
screen.
z Or, press [4][4], the function code for
a callback.
