: The following procedures assume your phone is set for ‘Enbloc’ dial-
ling, so you need to press the [Send] key after dialling a number. If your phone is
set for ‘Overlap’ dialling, you do not need to press [Send].
How to Make a Call
Using the handset
Lift the handset to make a call.
Using the speakerphone
Make a call through the speakerphone without
lifting the handset by pressing the [Speaker] button
Hot keypad feature
If the Hot Keypad feature has been enabled on your phone, you do not
need to lift the handset or press the [Speaker] button to begin dialling.
Simply dial the number and press [Send]. The [Speaker] button LED
lights and you can speak using the speakerphone or lift the handset.
